An internal product concept that helps operations teams see which tasks need attention, who owns them and what happens next.
The question
When updates are scattered across tools, a team has to reconstruct the state of its work before it can act. The concept asks what a shared view would need to make handoffs easier.
The approach
The interface gives exceptions and due work precedence over aggregate metrics. The queue groups work by status and pairs each item with an owner and a clear next action.
The result
The prototype demonstrates how an operational interface can stay readable under pressure. The records are illustrative and the concept has no live integrations.
